HOW TO GENERATE MORE LEADS USING SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING

More and more companies are discovering that social media marketing is capable of generating new opportunities for sales that otherwise would not have been possible. The enormous scope of many social networks (Facebook alone has about 700 million registered users!) means that companies can find out potentials that might not only have been identified through traditional marketing media.

The ease with which social media marketing  can generate potential customers, is however, exaggerated. This is by no means a simple way of generating business and simply represents a different channel through which potential customers can be reached. Social media marketing still requires an investment of time and experience,  the skills required are different to traditional marketing channels.

So many companies don’t understand that there are social media as a means of two-way communication. Opinion of customers and penetration can really help to inform the company for the better, but companies have to be responsive to what customers have to say before they can learn from it.

Provide Customers Value

Social media marketing might offer something for nothing. ‘How to’ guides and other free resources can help clients appreciate your brand without spending anything. Giving something for nothing can easily attract customers listen carefully what more to say.

Run Regular Promotions

In addition to offer customer’s great deals, you can offer promotions that allow companies to collect new and different types of data about customers. This may help to inform future or current campaigns and they can generate a beautiful return on investment that exceeds the cost of the offer!
